At Western Pneumatics, I was responsible for managing the project execution, staffing, strategic planning, and financial performance of my division. To accomplish the above requirements, I led my team to:• Create a culture where safe work was the most important part of our job.• Focus on hiring, training, and motivating the best people available;• Foster a customer first approach that made us a preferred vendor to many industry leaders.• Build systems to efficiently track progress and convey relevant information;• Plan our projects in great detail to ensure we met difficult deadlines. • Actively foster relationships with key plant personnel to open new markets for our services.

I managed the Hammer milling, Pelleting, Dry material Conveying, and Pneumatics systems on two $125,000,000 wood pellet manufacturing facilities. The two facilities produce a combined total of 900,000 Metric Tonnes of wood pellets per year from Southern Yellow Pine feed stock. In addition to my role as Project Manager, I was also responsible for the process engineering contract document development and construction administration for my scopes of work.

In December 2012 I completed the implementation and training of Trimble Robotic Total Stations with our BIM and Field Teams. This technology allows us to utilize our BIM to more accurately and efficiently layout our construction projects. I spearheaded equipment selection, field training, and best practices development. Currently, our BIM team exports layout points to two field crews that are responsible for project layout. We are planning on adding a third crew within the next six months. My team recently completed the LeeSar Regional Service Center in Fort Myers, FL. This $27 Million project is a 200,000SF facility that will provide support services for the local hospitals. Construction lasted 12 months and achieved substantial completion on July 13, 2012. On this project I was primarily responsible for subcontractor procurement and scheduling. I was able to buy out a 3.7% contingency in the procurement stage and closely worked with our subcontractors on scheduling to deliver the project 8 weeks early. In December 2010 my team completed a $23,500,000 joint use Armed Forces Reserve Center for the US Army Reserve and the Oklahoma National Guard in Muskogee, OK. This 100,000SF facility is LEED Silver Certified. The Muskogee AFRC received an Excellence in Construction award from ABC and an Excellence in Achievement award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA).I managed the replacement of the sprinkler system in the Baptist Medical Center parking garage in Downtown Jacksonville, FL. I managed all phases of demolition and construction, including coordination with the owner to ensure that the day to day hospital operations were not affected.My first project with Haskell was a 18 Million Dollar senor living facility for Covenant Village of Florida in Plantation, Fl. This facility was a mixed use office, recreation, and residential facility that totaled 63,000SF.

I assisted the Project Executives on several retail developments ranging from $15,000,000 to $60,000,000. My responsibilities included helping to manage the design process, proforma, and construction of the development.

I worked on the French Lick Springs Resort and Casino and the West Baden Springs Resort renovation project. While there, I tracked all schedule updates for the renovation of the existing French Lick Springs Hotel, and assisted in the creation of the estimate for the West Baden Hotel remodel.
