I am accountable for our sales and marketing strategies. My goal when hired was to increase our sales and customer retention by utilizing key marketing and sales strategies. Using target marketing strategies I have been able to find new prospects and rejuvenate existing customers that we have not done business with in quite some time. By traveling to meet with existing customers and new prospects I have been able to drive in new business. I successfully designed our trade show booth and company brochure. I have helped to increase our request for quotes through multiple marketing channels like trade show and social media. Currently our request for quotes are up over 20%, in the past 6 months.

I am in charge of ensuring that all daily activities involved in the shipping and receiving department were accounted for and completed. I was active in helping quote new custom tooling, and helping to set prices on all standard tooling regrinds. I managed the assistant shipping and receiving associate ensuring that the daily task were accurate and complete. I help to increase our customer retention through customer’s interactions, assisting in designing custom tooling and helping to educate our customers on the benefits of different PVD coating options for their cutting needs.

At Berner and Company, Inc I work with clients to make certain all of their insurance needs are being met. I conduct free insurance reviews for all personal and commercial lines of insurance (Home, Auto, Life, Business and, Business Auto). We are an independent insurance agency built on providing great customer service to each client. Working with small businesses is a great joy. I love to help small business owners protect what they have worked so hard to build. Small Businesses are what keeps communities like Fort Wayne running and I make it a personal goal to help protect the small business owner’s dreams by ensuring all their business needs are being met.
