I'm a quick-learning Data Scientist with expertise in data analytics and machine learning, currently working as an independent contractor and am seeking a new full-time role in a fast-paced environment. I have a strong academic foundation in part due to my Master's of Science in Data Science & Systems Engineering from Rutgers University, where I graduated as Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA. Additionally, I am skilled in programming tools such as SQL, R, and Python (Pandas, NumPy, sklearn, matplotlib, etc.), and data visualization tools such as Tableau.I transitioned into data science from a background of mechanical engineering, where I spent the first 2 years of my career honing my technical and problem-solving skill sets through working on the design and analysis of multi-billion-dollar military defense satellites.
