Jacob Silverman is the chief executive officer at Kroll and a member of the company’s board of directors. He has held numerous roles at Kroll since joining the firm in 2005, including president, head of investment banking and chief financial officer. He has played an integral role growing the company from 100 employees to over 6,000 experts serving clients worldwide with solutions to anticipate and exceed their complex demands surrounding risk, governance, operations and growth. Prior to joining Kroll, Jacob served as a founding partner at Stone Ridge Partners LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm focused on middle market companies. He joined Stone Ridge Partners from Atomica Corporation, a venture-backed enterprise software company, where he served as vice president of finance and acting CFO. Prior to Atomica, he worked for Oak Hill Advisors and Furman Selz.Jacob serves on the boards of Axiom, SBI and Princeton Day School. He received his MBA and B.A. from Harvard University.
