-Increased store revenue by attaining 20+ elite sales ($500 or more) during the first 3 months of work vaulting me into the second best sales associate position out of a field of 53 associates.-Trained on the various Under Armour technologies, such as Heat gear, Cold gear, Infrared technology, CoolSwitch technology, charged cushioning technology, storm technology, etc. and the ins and outs of each. -Utilized the Portuguese language with our massive Brazilian clientele in order to sell our stores various products.

-Provided quality customer care to clients from Europe, Asia, and South America.-Drove up product sales with non-english speaking Chinese customers through my very basic understanding of the Chinese language that I acquired in high school. -Educated myself on the relationship between Hollister Co., Abercrombie and Fitch, and Gilly Hicks and their respective target Markets.-Acquired knowledge in reference to several different types of promotional strategies that helped me develop a fundamental understanding of the placement and promotional side of retail marketing.
