I helped found DEATH2DIGITAL in 2021 after we realized there was a need for both film photos and videos in the areas my production company currently services. My primary role with DEATH2DIGITAL has varied over the last 2 years. I have been responsible for a number of things as this is a startup, I developed the website, and branding guidelines, directed photo/video productions, and maintained a book of clients. Within two years I helped the company secure celebrity clients and Fortune 500 brands.

I was responsible for photo and video production and editing with this company. I helped them grow into one of the largest wedding production companies in Southwest Colorado! I developed their presets for photo/video color grading, developed branding guidelines, marketing campaigns, and more! To this day they are still thriving in their area using the guidelines I put into place.

The Force 2.0 is an award-winning dance studio located in Farmington New Mexico. We have many weekly events with different instructors from throughout the four corners, from Zumba to Hip-Hop classes, we have something available for everyone, at every age. Our dance season gives kids in the community the opportunity to dance on competition teams around the Southwest Region. www.theforce2.comIn the wake of Covid-19, we decided to close this facility down.

My primary role with Damtech was to oversee the sales department and directly manage the backend project flow. During my time with the company, I had a lot of success landing high-value clients, such as Raytheon, Northrop Gruman, Rolls Royce, and a few other industry leaders. Most of these clients came after I led the process of getting our shop AS9100 and ISO9001 certified, which is the highest standard you can achieve in machining. The CEO and I worked side by side in developing the sales department from the ground up, prior to my arrival there had not been any sales or outreach to clients.

My primary role at iHeartMedia was managing client accounts and bringing on new clientele for advertising-based projects. I came onto the company when they were first introducing digital advertising and it helped me propel very quickly in my role! I managed to land the company’s biggest and second-biggest digital advertising deals within 3 months of my start date. I closed and helped lead a 65-market deal for Subway along with a 20-market deal for Cellular One. These deals were crucial in my development as a networker and professional in general. I was really young in these roles and operating with high players in the advertising world.

I was accountable for increasing revenue and improving profit margin, I initially started in Farmington, New Mexico and was given the opportunity to run all aspects of a precision machine shop in the Greater Denver Area within only 8 months of my employment. I joined National Oilwell Varco in a difficult period for the oil and gas industry and was faced with immediate challenges due to financial difficulties and an industry downsize. In an order to increase production I was sent to multiple facilities in the western region.A few of my successes include bringing the machine shop to the highest profit margin in the Rocky Mountain Region of all facilities and service departments despite being understaffed, doubling production output while cutting hours by 20%, and simplifying our programming to easily train less experienced CNC operators.
