Assistant to the Office manager at the Kings Lynn office of Hawkins Ryan Solicitors. Regular Holiday work when on breaks from education, promoted from work experience into full pay due to displaying correct mannerism and skill level. The role is split into three major categories. The first is the digitalisation of records onto a singular central database, created originally by myself and another worker, which has streamlined the filing process leading to fewer documents misplaced. The second role is as a general assistant to the entire office witnessing legal signatures, photocopying and filing, and general office maintenance. This has given me great experience in working under pressure, stock keeping and attention to detail. Thirdly, in direct support of the office manager aiding in accounting, technology support and office improvements. Dealing with transactions varying from £2 - £2000 this role has furthered my accounting skills and work-based focus.

Lifeguard watching local family pool including flume slide, spa area and inflatable sessions. Roles included cleaning and maintaining machinery and poolside areas as well as dealing with customer concerns in polite professional manner. Main skills in this role were polite customer interfacing, teamwork with rotation team, attention to detail shown through daily checks and cleaning, and retention of concentration involved in shifts supervising the pool. Activity Assistant throughout the centre encompassing an outdoor artificial ice rink, roller skating rink, gym, bowls hall, squash court, children's play jungle and beachside café. Roles rotated between cleaning and maintaining areas, running sessions with customers and dealing with first aid concerns throughout the centre. Key skills involved were organisation when dealing with group sessions on equipment, working under pressure both time and physical, and first aid dealing with minor to medium customer injuries.
