Used Python to create a custom GUI for IM-MS data analysis. Expert in complex biological sample preparation of peptides, soluble proteins, membrane proteins, antibodies, and viruses. Responsible for the installation, operation, and performance qualification of multiple commercial and homebuilt mass spectrometers. This work led to over twelve publications, eight presentations, and a Dow Chemical Graduate Scholar Award. -
