As the CEO of a remote digital agency, I lead a fully remote team of designers, developers, and content creators to deliver high-quality UX, WordPress, responsive web design, and development solutions. We specialize in collaborating with small businesses, creators, and developers across the nation, ensuring their digital products and websites are designed, tested, and launched with precision. I manage all aspects of design, project management, budgets ($5K to $500K+), sales, marketing, and business development to drive growth and scalability. To date, we’ve successfully designed and built over 200 WordPress websites, ranging from brochure sites to full-scale e-commerce platforms.

At Thirsty Indeed, I developed an innovative Shopify-based eCommerce platform for alcohol-related merchandise, enabling collaboration with creatives and brands. I oversaw all aspects of the business, from product development and marketing to budgeting and strategy, ensuring a seamless, engaging experience while driving sustainable growth and industry partnerships.

I oversaw the recruitment of top-tier designers for our product design team at Charles River Laboratories. My role involved guiding our teams through comprehensive usability studies, accessible design principles, and the development of core design frameworks. Additionally, I oversaw the creation of a robust design system for scalable enterprise software. During my time at Charles River, our team of 17 designers successfully delivered over a dozen web applications, two mobile apps, and a versatile multi-themed design system, all within an Agile environment. I was proud of our team's agility, creativity, and its impact on driving organizational innovation.

End to end product design. I lead the design of Vrbo's enterprise-level Property Management software called Escapia.com. Where I conduct usability studies, customer interviews, practice accessible design, design and build clickable prototypes in Figma, contribute to Vrbo's design system, and work with an excellent team of engineers, product managers, and content strategists.

I was the owner of all UX/UI for the web, tablet, and mobile experiences for the software product and customers. Working directly with the stakeholders, product team, and engineers to ship a better customer experience.
