I have 5+ years serving in leadership positions where I have had a track record of success in increasing staff performance, improving morale, implementing more efficient workflows, reducing costs, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. My greatest strengths are building relationships founded on trust, managing a heavy workload, and having a forward thinking mentality.I am organized and efficient. During college I was a full-time student, employed full-time and actively involved in student organizations. One example of a position held was the Student Body Vice President in which I directed meetings and trainings to support my staff in our goals, created and submitted proposals to the University recommending changes, and hosted forums to gather valuable feedback.
