• Worked for the Wingo Lab genetics laboratory within the Emory Center for Neurodegenerative Disease to help build and scale collaborative web applications for the academic community at large.
• Maintained genome annotation platform (Bystro.io) using AngularJS, Node/Express, MongoDB and Perl.
• Built and maintained large scale genetic mapping/calling pipelines using AWS cloud tools, Docker containers, C and Golang.
• Built a website to present, index and make searchable results from a collection of papers published by the lab using React, Node/Express and Elasticsearch (Brainqtl.emory.edu).
• Built a custom desktop application for lab staff to track and manage samples using Electron, React and MySQL.

• Worked with the UC Davis Pharmacology and Toxicology Graduate Group to debug and add custom functionality to software performing quantitative analysis on phospholuminescent stained brain tissue. This was accomplished.
• Implemented Otsu's method in MATLAB to allow for automated thresholding of multiplewavelengths and integrated this with current working code.
• Overhauled and debugged the user interface.
