Throughout my years in the workforce, I've gained a wide range of skills in the customer service world. I'm proficient in creating and strengthening customer relationships as well as customer retention. Outside of my customer service experience, I am also a highly experienced audio engineer and multi-instrumentalist, working both in a home studio as well as the music studio at the University of Vermont.
