► I currently utilize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform to configure CRM solutions that allow my clients to streamline their business processes. My responsibilities have included requirements gathering, strategy document creation/approval, solution configuration, system/user acceptance testing, end user training, and deployment.► A government client contracted RSM to implement a vaccine solution for COVID-19 using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, a Microsoft Portal app, and a Microsoft Canvas App. I led the project's systems testing team, writing and executing Test Cases in order to vet the software's functionality and ensure the finished project did not contain any bugs. Additionally, I taught my fellow consultants about the project management methodology being used on this project through the use of Azure DevOps. We did this project in conjunction with Microsoft's consulting branch, MCS. I worked as a liaison between the state, MCS, and RSM to optimize performance.► A government client contracted RSM to create a CRM tool using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement that would consolidate the functionality of the 14 applications they were currently using.
