Transport and Security of specially medicated and non-medicated product. During transport, I apply my skills of quality assurance and quality control to insure safe and accurate delivery daily.The time spent not on the road is spent at the headquarters, where I am monitoring 50+ cameras spanning the entire headquarters and the 4 separate retail and offsite locations. In addition, there are several security checks of every room in the interior of the building, as well as a scan of every exit and entry way on the exterior of the building. I will also conduct escorts of vendors, along with many other administrative tasks as necessary per department.

During my time with The Botanist, I provided services on the medicinal sales side of the retail stores, assisting customers of all disabilities and complications, advising them on product that would best fit their needs. My day to day included walking patients and customers through the process of the product, ingestion methods, activation timers of certain products and ways in which different products do different things. Knowing your patient, education of the product, along with a strong and personable sales skill set was key to success, of which all I provided and strived to achieve. I truly wanted to connect with patients and consumers and understand their situations, while also providing them the best information and products I can. The Botanist MA also provided many networking opportunities and connected me with different vendors and members of the community all throughout the state of Massachusetts, which built both my conversation and people skills. I'm grateful for my time there and learned how to be professional and disciplined in the workplace.
