In 2021, I founded Customer Billing Services to support small long distance telephone service providers with the ultimate objective of creating a flexible customer management and billing platform to meet any business' needs.

I began working with Peak on a contract basis to migrate customer service from MS Access to a web application. I was later offered a permanent role where my duties included ongoing development and maintenance of the web application and billing engine. Recruited by PushFive to lead the design and development of a white labeled SMS delivery platform with Street Savings as its first integrated partner. Street Savings evolved into the first SMS marketing platform tied into major Gift and Loyalty providers enabling targeted SMS marketing for small and medium sized businesses.Highlights of AchievementsWorked directly with the CEO and the COO contributing to the business plan and company direction.Management responsibilities included the interviewing, hiring and managing of on and offshore development teams.Designed and led the development of a robust text messaging platform.Capable of delivering over 5 thousand SMS messages per minute with priority based queuing.Enterprise solution boasted a robust user and permission management system.
