Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn, those are the top three things you get with me. I received my BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University in Fall 2019I have been working at Acrisure since January 2020, initially as a temp, and was then hired on in April 2020. I have since been promoted from an Accounting Associate I to Accounting Associate II, a title I've held since July of 2021. During my time at Acrisure I've helped train a number of new hires in a variety of systems, while also getting my workload done in a timely manner. I've been happy to learn new Agency Management Systems, and take on a more complex workload, all while following and promoting the "Ism's" of Acrisure. These include "Just do your job", "Yes before no", "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing big", and "Learn to listen, listen to learn".I have adapted to overcome difficult times in my life, including breaking my hand during my junior year and having my apartment burn down my sophomore year of college. I have used these difficulties as learning experiences because I know that every challenge is an opportunity to learn.I am a modern business professional, who understands that the office is a place of work, but is also meant to be a place where everyone feels comfortable.
