I have the pleasure and opportunity of helping to fulfill, ship, and primarily be a customer service associate to our Amazon Prime, non-Prime, eBay, and Big Commerce (as well as a few other online marketplaces) customers. In this position, I use the programs SkuVault and Ship Station, and other web based programs such as Re:amaze, Amazon Sellers Central, and ChanelAdvisor daily. I am glad to be in a position that gives me this wide variety of experiences.
