With more than 15 years working in law firms, I am an experienced attorney specialising in corporate/M&A, employment and IPR law as well as commercial relations.I am a senior associate in Agentoft Advokater, Horsens Denmark. I have extensive expertise in national and international corporate transactions including establishing and restructuring of companies; mergers and acquisitions; and raising of company funds. I also advises on incentives and warrant programs, and provide other legal and commercial advice on clients’ continuing needs and decisions.I also advise on employment law including counselling during recruitment and employment, as well as on resignation of employees where there is a particular risk of dispute between the employer and employee.In 2017 I have been seconded as an in-house legal counsel to Lantmännen Unibake Holding A/S, one of Europe’s largest industrial bakeries, operating in 19 jurisdiction throughout the world. Unibake is part of the Lantmännen Group, ultimately owned by approx. 25,000 farmers, who operates throughout the entire food chain, “from field to fork”. I supported Unibake developing their business, legal department, coordinating large international cross boarder projects, e.g. implementation of the Lantmännen Group’s compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as supporting the day-to-day business throughout the group.I am an experienced Attorney with a demonstrated history of working in the industry with good recommendations. I have very strong legal professional skills and standards and have great flair within negotiation, international cross boarder projects and have good knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights.
