These projects (i) improve utilization and wellness outcomes for 250+ adults with severe mental illness, and (ii) support stable housing for 150+ chronically homeless individuals in the greater Silicon Valley region– Developed a public funding landscape analysis and implementation strategy for a California public-private partnership, identifying opportunities to scale preventative health services through an Accountable Community for Health (ACH) model- Career managed five staff, providing coaching, performance feedback and promotion platform input
