I worked on two high volume frozen dough production lines during my time as process lead. In this role, I am responsible for providing leadership focused on safety and team development principles to improve production capacity. This role involves driving continuous improvement by reducing top losses across a 24-hour, multiple shift operation while ensuring manufacturing data integrity and process/machine centerlines for our various products. I support the platform team by building technical capabilities of our operators and maintaining process control and stability. I participate in daily, weekly, and monthly system performance reviews to address and eliminate top losses and execute improvement plans, as well as quarterly improvement plans to achieve loss reduction. Various other responsibilities include: Overseeing changeovers between products while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and product quality.Advocate for optimal product run orders to eliminate various changeover and system start up related losses.Filling in for the line lead or maintenance lead in an absence.
