Since 2014 when I started J. Madison PLC, I have fought for Virginia employees before juries, judges, and others in Courts and before government agencies. I help folks who need to take action or receive counsel related to their employment law concerns.But I also write software, and for years I've been building Cloud Counsel by J. Madison PLC (https://jmadisonplc.com/what-is-cloud-counsel), an AngularFire web app that I think will change how attorneys and clients with strong cases connect.

As a volunteer prosecutor in Loudoun County I prosecute criminal violations and help other attorneys prepare their cases for trial.
