Purpose = your best self.Along with my team at Right to Dream, I conceptualised, simplified and taught RTD’s unique method for culture creation - a holistic environment that over the last 10 years produced rebel leaders and purpose-driven athletes such as Tom Vernon, Mohammed Kudus, Katrine Kuhl, and Ousseni Bouda - scoring world cup goals, fielding the youngest team and the building the 12th most profitable club in the world. Tasked with building an operating system that could be learned and adopted, for the culture that RTD’s pro-clubs had become famous for, by the end of my time there, hundreds of Right to Dreamers - leaders, managers, coaches and players - were on learning journeys we built. Capturing this culture OS taught me to design environments meaningfully for leaders and people. My experience helped me to combine learnings with my PhD and the latest science to create a learnable method for people to implement in their own performance environments, to work with feeling, and ultimately, to flourish.

FC Nordsjælland is one of the most innovative sports organisations in the world and the youngest professional football team in Europe. The club - part of the Right to Dream Group - has a unique model for developing players which emphasises the nurturing of purpose, character, and leadership in the young players we create. I have overall organisational responsibility for achieving the group strategy of enabling the Superliga team to win the league with a team made up entirely of Academy graduates. This neccesitates growing revenues to a break-even position before player sales by 2021. Key success so far include:- Grew revenues by 13% in 2018 to €4m, reporting to CEO and board. - Authored and led implementation of new data strategy and co-authored an extensive rebrand of the club, including media offering. - Transformed the organisational culture in the Commercial Team.- Currently lead a team of 14 high performers - some of which were recruited - in mission to achieve a 'break-even' position by 2021.- Landed new strategic partnerships with Nike, Unisport, Turkish Airlines, Volvo and Mr Green.- Launched numerous new products and spaces, including an E-sports team, mobile fan app, new retail space, an International Women’s Day activation (seen by 88.5m people) and a new ticketing platform.

Fulham FC is one of the most famous clubs in England and the oldest club in London. Founded in 1879, the club has long stood for a combination of passionate support and deep roots into their West London community. I was responsible for all commercial and third sector business development at the Fulham FC Foundation, with seasons spent working in both the Premier League and Championship. I helped achieve a record year in 2016 - over £2m for my business cluster - and continuously exceeded ambitious targets for growth and development.Big successes included:- Launched new digital product and with team, won Beyond Sports Award 2016 for ‘fanActiv’.- Created and commissioned research which showed €7 ROI for society for every €1 invested in us.- Led team of four to break record for annual revenue. - Lead representative to Premier League Communities, NHS, and DWP.

Independent International Development consultant with ten years experience of working on programmes, partnerships, strategy, research and evaluation.Completed two projects:1. Designed a research framework for a project at Organsation for Social Change and Responsibility (OSCAR) http://www.oscar-india.org/ in Mumbai, India - I was contracted in November 2013 (pro bono) to set up an M&E framework for the organisation to track change and demonstrate success. This has now been completed and data is being gathered. 2. Corporate Social Responsibility consultancy at Medina Palms www.medinapalms.com - I was contracted by a medium-sized private company in Watamu, Kenya during Oct/Nov 2013, to create their CSR strategy and structure their engagement with the local community. This involved writing a report of the last three years of activity and making recommendations for future investments in the local environment, supply chains, in the staff team, and the local community more widely.3. Evaluated a programme for an Indonesian NGO (Rumah Cemara) which used sport in rehabilitation projects.

Albion in the Community tackles inequality, improves health, creates opportunities and increases participation, through football and sport.I had overall divisional responsibility for 3 departments (Inclusion, Disability and International) encompassing programmes benefitting 10,000 people per year, and turnover of £600,000.Big successes included:- Implemented new research and evaluation system for the community scheme of Brighton & Hove Albion. - Led an award-winning team of 15 to record breaking results, culminating in ‘Best CSR Scheme’ award at the English 2013 Football Busines Awards.- Promoted from management position after almost 8 years at the club and community scheme.

- Developed first internationl charity scheme run by a British football club. - Attained global recognition and grew income by 800% over time in role.

I was seconded to Coaching for Hope, and was integral to the development of the programme, which uses football in a highly innovative way to empower young people to challenge the social barriers they face, such as gender inequality and sexually transmitted infections.I authored and contributed to a number of coaching manuals, including 'Goals Without Goalposts', a limited resource coaching aid.Finally I was crucial in the transfer (under TUPE - 'Transfer of Understakings, Protection of Employment legislation) of Coaching for Hope from International Service to Skillshare International. I was central to the strategic planning phase of this transfer and all aspects from financial to implementation.

Development officer for the partnership between Albion in the Community and the Hangleton & Knoll project. The project is centred around a Community Based Organisation in an area of Sussex with particularly high indices of deprivation.
