Learning Cultures // Performance x Development // Story-telling // Football // Present & FutureMy career has spanned a doctorate and over 22 years in professional football with amazing people and great teams, specialising in developing people and culture purposefully at the intersection of high performance and development. With a track record of developing exceptional learning cultures which are built in a high performance sporting environment, I'm also focused on developing learning experiences, and thought on the convergence of humans, technology, and working practice in the world's biggest religion: football.I love energy, people, mentoring, and culture. Culture, culture, culture. That's what I believe it all comes down to in the end. I love writing, workshopping and public-speaking on these things. And I combine them with my life-loves: family, mountains, ski-touring, nature, and adventures big & small.

Head Of PurposeRight To Dream Jan 2023 - Nov 2024Developing people, evolving ways of working, and creating environments where our brilliant Right to Dream people can flourish. Purpose = your best self.Along with my team at Right to Dream, I conceptualised, simplified and taught RTD’s unique method for culture creation - a holistic environment that over the last 10 years produced rebel leaders and purpose-driven athletes such as Tom Vernon, Mohammed Kudus, Katrine Kuhl, and Ousseni Bouda - scoring world cup goals, fielding the youngest team and the building the 12th most profitable club in the world. Tasked with building an operating system that could be learned and adopted, for the culture that RTD’s pro-clubs had become famous for, by the end of my time there, hundreds of Right to Dreamers - leaders, managers, coaches and players - were on learning journeys we built. Capturing this culture OS taught me to design environments meaningfully for leaders and people. My experience helped me to combine learnings with my PhD and the latest science to create a learnable method for people to implement in their own performance environments, to work with feeling, and ultimately, to flourish. -
