I am currently a senior at Indiana University studying finance and Real Estate at The Kelley School of Business. Finance is a newfound interest of mine but real estate has been a major part of my life for well over a decade now. Within the past five to seven years my father has founded a flipping/rehab startup for the revitalization of old homes, enabling me to see the process of creating your own company, the importance of decision making as well as an embedding an interest in enterprise control within me. Working first hand with O2 Assets renovating homes within the Indianapolis area has left me with a love for the housing market and appreciation for attention to detail when it comes to each aspect of the renovation/restoration process. This experience inspired me to purse the Kelley school of business for my high education to learn more about the inner working and enterprise control of a business. The decisiveness and work ethic I have developed as a result of O2 Assets has transferred over to my education in which I hope I can eventually apply to my future career.
