Control of labour and of the processes of plant production, purchasing, supplies and stock. Also in charge of the nursery’s improvement and expansion projects. Annual production of 250,000 olive plants (30-40 cm size). • Technical design, implementation and launch of new olive “in hedge” plantations.• Technical assistance to olive “in hedge” groves in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. Control of grove works: management of pests and diseases, weeds, pruning, irrigation, fertilization.• Assisting the commercial department. Negotiations for new plantation contracts in Spain, Morocco and Tunisia.
