I was an account manager for Cosentino North America for the New Mexico area. We specialize in quartz and Granite slabs for fabrication under the names of SileStone and Sensa.

I was a project manager for Interior Office Solutions formerly called Office Systems Installation and am responsible for interior space planning, project management, CAD drafting for medium to large scale projects for office systems furniture. Other responsibilities include networking, sales, bidding proposals for new construction, onsite takeoffs and crew management for systems furniture installation. Office Systems Installation has been awarded with some of the largest project contracts in New Mexico. Including a contract for the University of New Mexico Hospitals and College and Central New Mexico Community College.

I was responsible for the commercial sales division in New Mexico for medium to large scale projects including the La Fonda and the Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi Hotel. Job Duties include canvassing for new sales accounts, bidding proposals for new commercial construction, onsite takeoffs, project cost and estimation, project scheduling, project and program management, Cad details for shop drawings, product specifications, building envelope analysis, preliminary planning and design. Member of the AIA chapter in Albuquerque and Santa fe as well as attending builders social functions and networking.

Job duties included site planning, programming, site and environmental analysis, schematic design engineering systems coordination, building cost analysis, code research, design development, construction documents, specification & materials, document checking and coordination, construction administration, project management.Worked on award winning projects such as the Anderson Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, Bernalillo County Metropolitan Courthouse and UNM Children’s Pavilion. Including other commercial projects such as academic, cultural, government, healthcare, hospitality and justice.
