Working across all 3M Health Care divisions. Focused on Digital Strategy for new product and service opportunities. Also working on new hardware products (partnering with Industrial Designers) and identifying the role software can play in the larger customer journey of use.

Leading a team of user experience designers with varying specialties and experience levels. Planning and crafting the approach for team projects from a wide variety of business discovery and user research methods, prototyping technologies and evaluation techniques. Contributing to initiatives that improve internal processes, assisting with the recruitment and selection of candidates, collaboration with sales and pitching work. Pursuing everything that will make a better UX department.

Leading multiple projects from the discovery phase through deployment across a wide range of project types and industries. Synthesizing research findings into design insights, identifying and organizing content, producing design documentation such as site maps, process flows and annotated wireframes. Generating prototypes to validate with users and overseeing the creative visual production by other team members. Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are viable and solutions are implemented accurately. Worked with other senior team members to develop a broader range of design capabilities.

Working with manufacturing, healthcare, and government clients to design new and innovative online solutions. Helping leadership in organizations better understand human behavior and clarify their business challenges. Use research insights to design experiences, products, and services to satisfy user needs and business goals.

Lead designer on over 50 web based projects. Participated in each phase of the project life cycle to design websites and custom applications for clients. Worked closely with development and project mangers.

Translated web designs into working templates using client side code (HTML/CSS/JS).

Worked on the Best Buy Mobile white label team in an agile environment to redesign their web platform. Produced rapid prototypes of new system functionality to test with users and guide development scenarios. Worked closely with business analysis to prioritize scenarios based on findings. Contributed to client side development by producing prototypes in code that were integrated into backend development.

Developed custom Wordrpess themes and created usable branded interfaces for clients.
