As an assistant coach of the UP Women's Volleyball team, I would assist the head coach in the execution of athletes' training sessions. I was also present at their games to assist in their game preparation, which includes their warm-ups, stretching, and athletic taping.

I assisted in the development of teaching materials for future coaches entering into coaching roles at the company. I frequently accomplished case studies with existing management to aid in developing training programs for coaches on pedagogy, exercise prescription, periodization, and programming for general populations as well as athletes.
