As an Industrial Recruiter at Aerotek, I partner with clients and candidates to fill positions in the industrial and skilled trades sector. I leverage my sales and HR skills to source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates, as well as to build and maintain relationships with both parties.I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Portland State University, with a dual focus on Business Leadership and Human Resource Management. I graduated from PSU with honors.My passion is to motivate and empower the workforce, and to facilitate the day-to-day employee relations and operations. I have over seven years of experience in sales and sales management roles, where I have practiced and witnessed different styles of management. I have gained loyalty from dozens of employees by using a transformational leadership style and by empathizing with their needs and challenges. I am eager to learn and grow in the recruiting and HR career path, and to contribute to the success of my team and organization.
