I take patient calls and answer any questions they might have regrading their records. I send and receive faxes such as requests for prescription refills, patient insurance plans, etc. to give to doctors working in my department. I also file back and pull patient charts to give to the Doctors or to release that information to doctor's offices at other eye care specialists

Daktronics Video Board Operator- I created Media content based around upcoming team events and promotions and made sure all information was up to date and properly displayed for the fans before every home game. Website manager- meaning I update all new information such as promotions, rosters, standings, etc. Pre game task list manager- rotating this duty with several other interns, I was responsible for making sure all materials were set up and that everyone was in their appropriate positions and ready by the time the fans were being let in on gamedays.

I would greet each customer individually upon receiving their order. I prepared ingredients that were to be used in the making of food items to be sold on a daily basis. I took orders from customers and cashed them out once the order was in place. I received and then prepared those orders in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. I maintained a clean work environment by taking part in consistent cleaning projects to make sure restaurant cleanliness was up to protocol.

I greeted customers, pulled and restocked store merchandise, checked out customers, and maintained a pleasant and friendly customer service atmosphere.
