I advise public and private corporations regarding the protection, valuation and exploitation of intellectual property and other high value assets. For over 15 years I have represented clients in contractual matters, risk assessment and dispute resolution in Federal, state, bankruptcy and multi-jurisdictional court proceedings, in arbitration and in investigatory proceedings and hearings before the SEC, the USPTO, the United States Copyright Office and the NLRB. My work necessarily involves managing financial experts (many of whom are often at leading valuation and consulting firms), directly counseling senior executives and leading large teams of attorneys on multimillion dollar projects.
