I am a full-time student at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, pursuing a degree in Finance and Business Analytics. During the summer of 2023, while at Northwestern Mutual, I transitioned into an operations leadership role due to changing leadership at the firm. I managed all financial representatives in their first five years, improving team processes and coordination, which helped hone my leadership and operational skills.In 2024, I joined Goldman Sachs, focusing on optimizing processes within the Asset and Wealth Management division. I led the development of automated systems to streamline reporting, built dashboards to synthesize data into actionable insights, and enhanced operational efficiency across multiple processes. Additionally, I played a key role in auditing internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.As I continue my career, I’m excited to use these experiences to help businesses refine their financial strategies and operational practices. With insights from my roles at both Northwestern Mutual and Goldman Sachs, I’m eager to assist organizations in navigating financial complexities and achieving long-term success.
