During my tenure, I served as an Operations and Compliance Director for the Michaud for Maine campaign, directing HR systems, expense management, advance for four (4) events with two US Presidents and two First Ladies, regulatory compliance, development support, and efficient scheduling for a sitting US Congressman’s bid for governor. My job involved supporting campaigns on the ground involving their systems, infrastructure, risk management, human resources, procurement, and financial tracking needs. Also, I ensured timely reconciliation of revenue and expense accounts. Lastly, I developed operational and financial infrastructure to support campaigns to win marriage for same-sex couples in Indiana and New Jersey in conjunction with Freedom of Mary.

Having served as an Operations and Compliance Manager, I was highly accounted for overseeing daily operations, logistics, human resources, payroll tax, expenses, and budgeting for a successful 501C4 legislative campaign to win marriage equality in Rhode Island. Moreover, I provided oversight/enhancement to financial operations and budgeting. As a Volunteer Vacation Coordinator, I successfully coordinated complex functions in the areas of recruitment, logistics, and orientation of hundreds of volunteers to come to ME to join the campaign for a weekend, week, or even longer. I was keynoted for co-leading the statewide confirmation call program for GOTV.
