• Lead product strategy and user experience design for Context 365, a financial services SaaS platform, from idea through business acquisition by Apex Group in under three years.• Recruited by the CTO as the first product manager, I established company-wide focus metrics and established the research and product design process from the ground up.• Shipped the fintech app and facilitated $4B+ in capital allocations and 12,000 meetings between family offices, institutional investors, hedge funds, and private equity funds. • Managed and mentored three direct reports including a design research lead, product design lead, product marketer, and managed resource allocation. • Key achievements include: leading 100+ sales and marketing demos, closing deals, vendor selection, negotiation, content writing, and redesign of the marketing site, creating an accessible design system, design research repository, analytics stack, and shipping hundreds of features for the alternative asset database including search, filtering, messaging (Twilio API), location integration (Google Maps), and transactional emails.

• Led UX design for Web of Science, the leading scientific research, discovery, and collaboration tool for academic researchers that generates $300M+ annually. • Steered the team through a transition from legacy technology to Angular to enable faster customer experiences like searching, saving, and filtering and rapid feature releases. • Aligned with other business lines including Publons, InCites, ESI, and EndNote to design cross-product experiences and create cohesive user journeys amongst different personas. • Extensively tested interactive UI prototypes via remote testing, in-person testing, concept testing, and card-sorting to de-risk feature releases and ensure AAA accessibility.• Designed and shipped the SSO experience for hundreds of thousands of users to reduce spam and theft by foreign actors, and increase cross-product and platform adoption.

• Oversaw and led product design at the Token Foundry cryptocurrency business which did tens of millions in revenue in year one and grew to 50,000 registered users. • Pitched, secured funding, and started the user research practice on a team of 52 to ensure product ideas are evaluated, refined, and de-risked prior to burning development hours. • Established OKRs & KPIs for the product design team and held weekly design reviews and feedback sessions to ensure the team was on track to meet business outcomes.• Key achievements include: KYC/AML workflow design for ethereum utility and security tokens, cryptocurrency hardware wallet integration, and token performance dashboards.

• Led collaborative design workshops, ideation sessions, strategy and design projects for billion dollar corporations including HNI Furniture ($HNI), The Brooklyn Nets, and Koch Industries Georgia-Pacific leading to new business and increasing the bottom line. • Launched analytics dashboards to monitor Brooklyn Nets’ players performance and health data to help them win more games, prevent injury, and alert staff of potential health issues.• Evaluated gaps and engaged effectively with business stakeholders to bring clarity to requirements, manage scope, and meet the needs of simultaneous client projects.
