As a Sales Executive in our Business Rental Department, I help companies headquartered in Central Florida better manage their travel expenses. A large part of what I do revolves around finding companies in my territory for whom our program is a good fit and negotiating agreements for those companies based on their volume. I also assist in implementing new accounts and providing account support to existing accounts so that their travelers have a seamless process and so that the companies can quickly address questions and issues as they arise. Finally, I provide advice to companies who want to streamline their travel management policies and set guidelines that are easy for their travelers to follow and that maximize cost savings for the companies.

As a branch manager, I managed all aspects of my local branches. My main focus was on employee development as I firmly believe that a motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly staff is the key ingredient to the success of an operation. Another large priority was to make sure that we completely satisfied every customer who walked through our doors. Additionally, I managed our fleet of cars to maximize the utilization of our vehicles for growth and profitability and handled back end operations such as accounts receivables and cash box reconciliation to minimize expenses.
