Current• Led a comprehensive Reputation Management initiative that encompassed multiple campaigns to enhance TAPCO’s public image and community impact. This resulted in a significant increase in review ranking and multiple recognition awards from regional media outlets.• Led the Marketing department through a complex Online Banking conversion, ensuring the timely delivery of critical communications to members and staff, helping to mitigate confusion and provide clarity during periods of disruption.• Collaborate with Community Relations to drive business development efforts, coordinate impactful events, and build lasting relationships with members, vendors, and community partners, strengthening TAPCO’s presence and engagement within the community.• Successfully conceived, collaborated on, and orchestrated the annual International Credit Union Day event, uniting five local credit unions in a day of community service.
