As an account executive, I consult with mid-market C-Level Executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner's mid-market research products and services. I empower senior C-Level Executives with the insights and tools to make timely strategic decisions, align their initiatives with business objectives, and deliver the insight necessary for them to make the right decisions every day.

Columbus, Ohio Area

Crowe is one of the largest public accounting firms in the United States whose most prominent services include accounting, consulting, and technology. My role as and IT audit intern allowed me to spend ten weeks as a member of Crowe's Columbus IT audit team and get first hand experience on actual clients. During my time with Crowe I mainly assisted in performing audit testing procedures by reviewing internal controls through various means including inspection, observation, and reevaluation. I had the opportunity to assess various applications and business processes to identify areas where risks were prominent. I gained enough responsibility to be able to collaborating with the client’s upper management to present risk findings and suggested business solutions along with the rest of the IT audit team. By the end of my internship, I had gained lots of valuable insight related to topics that are relevant to my major and my interests outside of the classroom. I very much enjoyed having such a hands on experience where I was able to see my work have a direct impact on an overall project.

Athens, Ohio

During my time in Athens, I had the opportunity to work part time at a locally owned and operated cafe and deli. I spent almost three years working alongside the owners as well as a staff made up of other Ohio University Students. Day to day roles changed throughout the store changed depending on the shift that was worked, but some aspects of the job were definitely constant. Overall, providing an enjoyable experience for customers through attention to detail and a friendly disposition was my main responsibility. This was an umbrella that covered a lot of different aspects of the job, but was by far one of the most important parts of my job. I worked alongside over 30 other employees to accomplish tasks in an orderly and timely fashion, as well as coordinate schedule in order to keep each other happy. Lastly, I performed tasks to make sure the store was both opened and closed in a clean and efficient fashion. Although this was just a part time job, I had the opportunity to help develop skills such as my collaboration and communication abilities. No two days working at Brenen's were ever the same which often led to me having to think on my feet when encountering new and unique challenges. I am very grateful to have had this opportunity while living in Athens.

Ohio Chapter

- Assist in the education of new members, including monitoring of their study hours as well as teaching the chapter's ritualistic heritage.- Plan and execute the academic programming that at times involved all 90 of our chapter’s members.- Saw a rise in our chapter grade point average from 2.783 to 3.012 during the year I was in charge.

Ohio Chapter

- Oversee and coordinate the planning of our fraternity’s spring philanthropy event, which raised $25,000 towards Pancreatic Cancer Research under my command.- Coordinate donations and sponsorships from 15 local businesses, 30 families and 12 other Greek Organizations.- Work directly with representatives from The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research to involve their organization with the foundation as much as possible.

Athens, Ohio

- Promote the values and achievements of the Ohio University Fraternal Community via multiple social media platforms.- Convey points of interest from my position to the council and it's 15 social fraternities at weekly meetings. - Increase the following on the council’s twitter account by 12.5% in just six months.
