Recruited internally to join the Product Operations Team within Strategy & Business Excellence where I was responsible for leading multiple global product teams which oversaw global manufacturing operations strategy, including life-cycle management for products within Takeda’s Oncology, Rare Disease and GI portfolios.

Oversaw strategic design of a long-term global-network strategy that spoke to all phases of the manufacturing drug process for oncology and biologics (O&B) organization. I ensured compliance with Swiss principles and managed supply chain connections between O&B supply, global supply chain, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals Int’l Zurich.►Key role on integration team after Takeda acquired ARIAD Pharmaceuticals. I led a well-run, efficient outsourcing operations to support CMC Center (global division/8 sites/3 regions) focused on driving optimized performance of business operations through effective outsourcing strategy, contract design, and vendor management; emphasis on consistency, transparency, agility and compliance. After my success as a Senior Operations Associate, NCDS Strategy & Operations, Apr. 2008 – Oct. 2011, I was promoted to Manager, Strategy & Operations (Oct. 2011 – Feb.2015) ►Earned Millennium Apple Award recognizing excellence in operational efforts.►Managed CMC Center operations, from outsourcing strategies to contract development, vendor relations/negotiations, site selection processes, and capital budgeting. ►Developed and refined models and tools for long-term/annual budgeting.►Facilitated negotiation and execution of MSAs and other agreements. Ensured effective cross-functional processes by interfacing across non-clinical development sciences division/other key functions (e.g., discovery, medical, and finance).
