More than tripled the size of the engineering group, increasing revenue more than fivefold. Earned recognition as Microsoft 2017 Hybrid Cloud and Infrastructure Partner of the Year and Microsoft 2017 Microsoft Corporate Accounts Central Region Regional Partner of the Year, as well as a third consecutive listing on the Inc. 5000 and 11th place on the 2017 CRN Fast Growth 150.

Headed eight figure Business Intelligence and Collaboration (SharePoint) practice. Led sales efforts, proofs of concept, envisioning sessions, education, and technical delivery. Established and strengthened relationships with channel partners, and helped many consultants improve their sales skills.Expanded Regional Practice Director role into national practice leadership. Lead Business Intelligence sales, provided architectural guidance and thought leadership, delivery oversight, and people management for the Dallas, Houston, Denver, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia markets.

Created a Microsoft BI focused sub-practice. Developed offerings and sales materials, supporting Slalom and Microsoft with technical pre-sales efforts. Farmed a small staff augmentation project into a $3M+ account, and designed an ETL framework to help with a thorny SAP migration.

Began a nascent Business Intelligence practice within an established and rapidly growing collaboration consulting firm. Hunted, farmed, estimated, planned, and executed. Slept occasionally. Clients included Equity Residential, Apartments.com, Rehmann, and Northern Trust.

Decided to learn data warehousing and joined the booming BI industry. My stint at BTE was spent at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago designing and building an EDW while learning on the job.

Briefly joined a digital collective, with services ranging from photography to large format art printing, software development, interaction design, and web design. Clients included Playboy and Underwriters Laboratories.

Built and ran a software development shop during a tripling in company size, and a transformation from a retail mortgage broker to a student loan lender with a portfolio in excess of $1.2B. Built online loan application platforms, origination systems, and a CRM system.

Independent consulting work across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Software, website, framework development, and assessments for clients like Microsoft Consulting Netherlands, GoIndustry, Amsterdam Ajax, Intervet, PetroPlus, and many others. Spent 11 months in Munich and managed to miss both Oktoberfests.

First employee of Autobytel Netherlands, transitioned to permanent from an Object+ project. Ran a large development server farm and an office network, oversaw IT procurement, and did things like ETL development and reprogramming Cisco routers.

Consultant Lotus Notes and ASP developer to Robeco, Pon Holdings, Autobytel, and several other clients. Built my first framework, a departmental website-in-a-box in Notes.

Developed an app used in 67 countries. Did retro-tastic things like build and run a Windows 3.11 and Novell LAN, and was responsible for the care and feeding of an evil cc:Mail server that would corrupt its own database every 72 hours. Also worked on a global Lotus Notes implementation.
