I am currently working as the Quality Engineer for Manes Machine and Engineering. This role encompasses a lot of different aspects of the company. I plan and oversee the rework and repair of discrepant parts as well as implement RCCA to prevent recurrence and improve our processes. A large parts of my job revolves around communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing product. I also function at the Training and Audit coordinator and investigate and implement improvements to the functions of other departments.
