Jeg arbejdede som salgsleder for Telenor i deres Shop-in-Shop i Føtex Sønderborg - en butik med 5 ansatte. I dette job stod jeg for den daglige drift af butikken, hvilket bl.a. bestod af ansættelsessamtaler, performance-samtaler, salgstræning og motivation, samt typiske ting som bestilling af varer samt status. I min tid som salgsleder, formåede vi, at blive bedste butik i Danmark (målt på salgsindex).

Primært opsøgende salg af mobiltelefoni, bredbånd samt mobilt bredbånd.Desuden var jeg en del af et mindre salgsteam som blev sendt rundt i diverse butikker i Danmark, hvor vi slog op til flere salgsrekorder.
