Over the past 3+ years I’ve worked as project manager delivering $20mm+ buildings and managing $3mm+ of monthly cash flow across several projects concurrently. Gained preconstruction experience in value engineering, budgeting, contracting and bid analysis. Collaborated with owners and investors on internally generated developments and as a GC to manage hard and soft costs, cash flow, pay apps, requisitions, change orders, and field coordination with respect to multi-family/mixed-use, office, repositioning existing assets, and TIs. Contributed to underwriting efforts to feed the pipeline of new developments/investments across several CRE asset classes. I’m most interested in green development, finding, and implementing best use for land/existing structures.Outside of buildings, I *embarrassingly* enjoy playing pickleball. I’m also a lifelong hockey player and still kick the puck around Chelsea Piers with my team: “Ice Hockey”. Recently, I picked up the guitar after an 8 year hiatus and enjoy playing a few hours every week, but it’d be a lot more if my roommates had better ear plugs!
