• Provide technical support on Desktop and Mobile Productivity Tools (MS Office Applications, Web Browsers, OS) and end user connectivity for both local and remote users• Assist with training and roll outs of new technology including; hardware, mobile, services, networking and workstation configurations• Responsible for security patches and update to O/S and applications on workstations, including anti-virus and security software• Development, maintenance and updating of systems support knowledge base documentation for supported system, including hardware and software inventory

• Frontline support for a client with special needs• If the client was unable to perform a task, assigned to assist, otherwise supposed to remain "invisible"• Checks in on clients’ comfortability and well-being• When needed, networks for the client• Assists clients in building relationships between themselves and other co-workers• Helps the client to take on roles, feel belonging, and develop new relationships, even friendships, with others in the community• Ensures the situation is set up in the best possible way for real engagement and relationships between the client and others

• Collects names and contact information of all swimmers• Provides customer service and resolves client conflicts• Answers public inquiries• Assists Customer Service Representative

• Assists aquatic staff in the delivery of aquatic programs• Performs administrative tasks to support the program• Attends and participates in meetings and service training sessions• Executes emergency procedures and uses safety/rescue equipment• Ensures compliance with all relevant policies and procedures• Performs maintenance/janitorial duties, including but not restricted to: change room/washroom cleaning and disinfecting, pool chemistry tests, vacuuming, backwashing, chemical balancing, and pool fouling clean up
