Overall responsibility for the Linde Material Handling Sales and Service organization in Sweden with approximately 400 FTE. Fully P/L responsible for LMH with anual turnover of 2 bn SEK and revenue of 180 msek. Lead all commercial aspects of our business in Sweden through our five Sales Regions as well as our central Sales and Service functions including After Sales, Used trucks, Key Account and Short term rental.

Responsible for setting up the local financial services entity as a subsidiary to Linde Material Handling AB, part of KION AG listed on Frankfurt stock exchange. The build-up phase included staffing, setting up the IT-infrastructure (SAP), creating new routine descriptions as well as setting up the overall strategy and the funding structure. After having absorbed all leasing business from Linde MH, I recently initiated a major project to include the leasing business done by our sister brand, STILL. In my day to day work, I lead the management team of KION FS and I'm also part of senior management team in KION ITS EMEA Nordic Markets.Under my management net sales increased from 0 to 695 mSEK with an EBT of 70 mSEK.

Helping large corporate customers finance and handle their car fleets. NF Fleet is, together with ALD Automotive, one of the largets players on the operational car finance market in Sweden. My responsibility was targeting and onboarding new customers as well as managing the largest accounts in Sweden. NF Fleet is jointly owned by Nordea Finance and ALD Automotive.

Managing a team of 12 FTE’s in Customer Service Factoring. The group’s main responsibility is to take care of the day to day activities with Nordea Finance factoring clients. Other activities include onboarding new clients (setting up agreements and making sure everything works), participate in development projects within Nordea Finance and to participate in different IT-projects.

Responsible for originating, structuring and implementing asset backed financing solutions for large corporate customers. I mainly worked with structures concerning investment and liquidity credits, i.e. leasing, hire purchase and factoring.

Relationship manager at Funds & Investment Banks in Corporate & Institutional Banking in Stockholm, Co-responsible for a portfolio of clients within the Funds & Investment Banks (FIB) segment. FIB has the overall P/L, credit and legal responsibility for hedge funds, asset managers and investment banks.

Relationship Manager at the branch office in Västerås (acting position). Full customer relationship responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients with an anual turnover from 10 MSEK to 100 MSEK. Responsibilities included sales, credit preparations and presentations, product knowledge and team leadership.

Participant of the Nordea Trainee Program (now called Nordea Graduate Program). The program focuses on areas such as leadership, strategy, sales, rhetoric’s, team building, etc.

I've always enjoyed working and to put myself to use. When I was 12 my brother and I would sell soda at the local summer festival. We would by soda from the store, chill it and walk around with a cooler selling them with great profit. Some years later, two of my friends and I started up a web page company and ran it as a school project. I have not spent a summer without a job and sometimes more than one. To mention a few, I've been working at a food market (Hemköp), a fast food chain (McDonald's), a cleaning company (ISS Facilities) and on the floor at the local bank office (Nordea). In short, I like to work!
