I have completed my Honours degree at AFDA, Cape Town. My involvement in numerous student and independent productions has exposed me to the various aspects of filmmaking. Most of these include screenwriting, directing and producing for short films which I completed throughout my Undergraduate degree at the University of Cape Town and AFDA. Externally, I have also been involved with Producing Music Videos and Assisting Commercials and Advertisements. I believe storytelling is the crutch of civilisation. It sculpts our cultures and societies. My training and experience in the craft of filmmaking has made me a resourceful, ethical, critical, self-disciplined and resilient individual. I have strong interpersonal communication skills relating to project management and coordination. I am also well versed in compiling organised and logistical frameworks in which a project should be completed. On a technical level, I am experienced in MS Office software, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.
