I am a dedicated, passionate individual with a unique ability to lead and manage diverse, inter-disciplinary teams through thoughtful and effective execution of creative projects of multiple varieties. I've worked in several disciplines in creative project management, including overseeing communication and design, media production, strategy, corporate sponsorships, casting, management, and event production for a yearly comedy festival of which I am the Executive Director. As a professional performer and producer of stand up comedy, I pride myself on communication, building relationships, and providing a collaborative experiential-driven environment that optimizes the experience for participants and stakeholders alike. My ability to anticipate the needs of organizations through effective media communication has lead me to serve on creative teams and project management for several startups, lifestyle brands, hotel and travel companies, and as a content creator for social media marketing campaigns. My most common function within an organization is to unite cross functional teams to successful completion of creative projects, optimizing strategy and execution of essential communication, whether it be media production, marketing, writing and story-boarding, or self-generating media, always providing opportunity for unique contributions from those carrying out the work. Working strategically and collaborating cross functionally in order to create solutions that deliver results takes a unique set of skills that I have acquired throughout my several roles in the creative process where I was able to gain perspective on the macro and micro-level detail that allow success in the creative space. As much as I love collaborating with teams, I have also gained a lot of experience in creating custom, branded content for businesses such as funny and engaging social media ads, custom music for shows, podcasts and creators, content strategy for independent creators, voiceover work, acting, photography and live sound engineering and video production, respectively. My breadth of experience is why I can effectively communicate with players at several levels of production and also empathize with their needs to optimize their contributions. I'm a multi-faceted creative that enjoys the process of working together to create something that stands out, communicates its purpose, and delivers unique value and quality along the way.
