I have a strong background in Node.js, MySQL, and software development, as well as domain expertise in cloud infrastructure and security. Recently lead the Foundation team at HOVER Inc., a company that transforms smartphone photos of any home to a fully measured, customizable 3D model. As the Director of Engineering, I managed a global team of 4 leaders and 30+ engineers who are responsible for 40% of the annual revenue ($40M+). I have successfully implemented cloud optimization, security updates, staff promotion, and self-service upgrade strategies that have resulted in significant cost reduction, performance improvement, and user retention. I have also co-authored a $10M Statement of Work (SOW) with the largest insurance customer, demonstrating strategic vision and impactful collaboration.
