• Implement, enhance, maintain and support SAP ERP business processes – responsible for testing and supporting implemented changes and upgrades for Procure-to-Pay and SAP Security. o SAP Modules: Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Procurement, Accounts Payable (FI/CO), Archive Link (SAP Content Server). Also experience within SAP ECC Human Capital Management (HCM/HR – OM/PA) module. Third-Party Systems: ReadSoft Process Director/Work Cycle, ReadSoft Invoices, EDI and Vistex IP (Rebate) module. Integrated SAP systems: SAP Content Server, SAP ArchiveLink, Redwood.• Responsible for managing, auditing, and maintaining HR Org structure level security role assignments across the company. Team point of contact for security role creation and edit determination of authorization objects, fields and values impacted. • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project related issues, scope changes, or variances over the course of project completion• Facilitate end user training for implemented changes and upgrades• Support the day-to-day operations of the ERP Applications team to include assisting with the help desk calls• Create and maintain business process related program unit test scripts and check lists• Work with departments and individuals to improve existing business processes• Experience in all stages of the project management starting from Business requirements, GAP analysis, Blueprinting, Configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post go-live hyper care and support.• Ability and experience functioning as own project manager for implementations for small to medium sized projects• Collaborate, lead, and direct work effort of consultants (both on and offsite). Provide consultant performance feedback and validation of expenditures to management.• Testing and Certification Team contact for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation and tabletop drills• SAP Version: SAP ERP (ECC 4.7 and 6.0 Ehp 7) and S4 1909
