Served as a volunteer in the TPC FanShop where millions of dollars are pushed in sales. Helped set up the shop in coordination with the vendors and staff on-site, helped run transactions on sales and assisted with PGA staff and tour players, restocked and organized various items, and ensured customers with a fun and easy experience inside of the FanShop.

Proactive position where I am tasked with more than just keeping the players and staff on the home sideline hydrated with water and gatorade pre, during, and post game. I am also tasked with the set up and breakdown of the sideline and ensuring a smooth operation during the game and helping with any emergencies that do occur. Pregame I am in charge of setting up the home sideline in coordination with the athletic staff and other vendors and companies on the field. This includes setting up both medical tents and bringing out items such as the bikes, massage therapy guns, gatorade towels, etc. After I am done setting up the home sideline, I then complete various tasks that pop up on the day of to help ensure everyone is ready for game time. During the actual game I keep the water and gatorade levels stocked and fill up cups and bottles to be distributed to the players by the athletic staff. I am also in charge of cleaning the benches, ensuring everything is where it is supposed to be, and helping manage emergency events that occur. After the game I am responsible for breaking down the sideline and putting everything away in its respective home. After everything is cleaned, stored away, and approved by the athletic staff I am relieved of duties for the day. This job has taught me how to communicate effectively in a fast-paced team setting and a glimpse into the work required to host and run a sporting event.
