The Corderie is a traditional company which has specialized in the selling of a variety of ropes (as well as wire ropes, webbing, and nets) in Brussels for more than 128 years. - Developed and maintained different financial tools (forecasts, budgets, treasury and revenue) to ensure clear financial visibility of business operations - Set up of the budget- Controlled the accounting and treasury and executed all payments (suppliers and salaries) - Provided clients with professional advice- Elaborated the company strategy - Managed the HR - Contributed to the creation from scratch of a new e-commerce website and a its databaseMain achievement: I implemented a deep re-organisation of all processes which allowed the company to increase soundly its revenue.

Participated in organization of events for IDCN members to help them to integrate socially and professionally in Switzerland– Coordinating between IDCN and Université de Genève the organization of an event about “Continuing Education” on the 4th of November 2015 (120 people) – Coordinating smaller events within Université de Genève for IDCN members.

The Communauté française de Belgique is a public entity in charge of education and culture for the French speaking community in Brussels and Wallonia. - Monitored the daily cash flows, cash analysis and cash forecasts - Processed the transactions for excess cash deposit or overdraft financing - Analysed the financial needs to come in terms of debt management - Contributed to the investment strategy - Executed bond issuing and interest rates swaps - Delivered appropriate reporting to management.Main achievement: I was active in the implementation of a bond issue program in order to finance the Communauté (400 to 500 millions of euro per year).

Carr Futures was a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole – Indosuez, whose main business is trading Futures. - Prepared and analysed the credit files of French and of institutional clients - Participated to the implementation of a rating program created internally
