I am a person driven by the aim to deliver value for a customer by helping different parties communicate and help a team to function at it's best.Among my personal qualities can be noted that I have good people skills, I am empathic and structured. I also easily gain peoples trust and confidence and have an ability to keep myself calm and focused even under stress.As a project manager, I like to focus on what the real business needs are, rather than starting with a technical solution and then finding a problem to match. Using agile methods is something that I favor very much (I also hold a Scrum and Agile Master certification).With my long technical background, I can easily form an understanding of technical matters and do also have a good ability to communicate this understanding in a pedagogical way with non technical people.I am also used to working in an international environment and have lived and worked abroad, something that has given me very valuable experiences.
